1. Route 151, Albany-Shaker Road, south to I-87 north, Adirondack Northway

2. I-87 north to Exit 7, Route 7 east to Troy/Bennington

3. Route 7 east for about 20 miles to Route 22 north

4. Route 22 north about 6 miles, through Hoosick Falls, to intersection in North Hoosick of Route 22 & Route 67 west

5. 3 miles further on 22 & 67, turn left onto Route 67 west, to Eagle Bridge
